  1. Close your eyes and breathe deeply
  2. Drink a glass of water
  3. Exercise
  4. Call a friend you haven't talked to lately
  5. Look at your "Why I Want To Be Free Of Cigarettes" list
  6. Snack on celery or carrot sticks
  7. Go to a movie
  8. Read a book
  9. Start a fun project (building, needlework, craft)
  10. Drink another glass of water
